Leftovers

The health department requires that food in temperatures for over four hours may not be released to you or your guests. Any extra food not past the extended time(4 hours after leaving the oven or refrigerator) may be packaged up for a flat fee of $20. This includes up to 10 disposable half pans.

Allergen Meals

Buck and Honey's is happy to provide allergen-friendly meals for your wedding. We will try to use as many items from your chosen menu as possible. Please note not every dish can be made allergen-friendly. In this case, a separate dish would have to be chosen for allergen meals. We are not an allergen-free kitchen and there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Bartending

Let us know if you need bartenders, ice, garnishes, mixers, disposables, etc for your event. We can help! Bartender staffing charge when a tip jar is allowed: $35/hour. Bartender staffing charge when no tip jar is allowed: $40/hr.

Booking Us

To book us we require an electronically signed contract and a $500 nonrefundable deposit. We ask for a first payment of one-third of your anticipated total 30 days before your event and a final payment 2 weeks before your catered event.

Leftovers

Leftovers may be packaged for a $20 fee. This service must be requested a minimum of 14 days prior to your wedding. Up to ten half pans of food will be packaged up. By requesting leftovers the client is assuming all the risks and liability of storing and consuming leftovers. Please note we are unable to bring individual to-go boxes for guests.

Trip Fees

Usually, the trip fee ranges from $50 to $200 based on the distance from our restaurants and the number of staff and vehicles attending the event. Prices are based on market, but range between $2-$4 per mile.

Staffing

Buck & Honey's will provide enough staff to provide you and your guests with a wonderful experience. For a staffed event we include a 24% service charge on the invoice to account for the administrative and staffing costs associated with executing a great staffed event. Drop-off catering orders are subject to a service charge of 19%. Catering orders that are picked up from one of our restaurant locations are subject to a 4% administrative fee. If staffing is requested for an order with a food/beverage subtotal less than $2,000, a $30/hour staffing fee will be charged for each requested server.

Tastings

We offer monthly group tastings from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at our Sun Prairie location (804 Liberty Blvd.). The menu will be curated by our chefs with our most popular items. There will be 6 appetizers, 6 entrees, and 6 sides that you and your guests will have the opportunity to try. Up to 4 guests may attend the tasting per party. There is a $240 tasting fee.

Venue Charge

Please note some venues require a catering fee for catering to be allowed at their venue. Typically this is 10-15% and is determined by your venue. This will be billed to you and then paid to the venue on your behalf.

Vendor Meals

Please note some vendors require meals in their contracts. Buck and Honeys will provide up to six vendor meals. These vendor meals must be requested at least 14 days prior to your event. Additional meals may be purchased.
